I knew it had to be some rich guy's hobby. A two million dollar studio out in the middle of Chatham County in North Carolina? There's no way anyone is going to make back his investment operating a studio around here, unless CLA or Rick Rubin is manning the desk.
I can stop feeling bad about it now. I thought it was some middle-class schlub who had sunk his life savings into it. Two million is like chump change to someone like Tiemann.
