the faders on the C8 are a joke - and the faders on the Harrison are a joy to work with. The only reason to use PT auto is where you can see a certain "noise" that you want to get rid of it. I use PT auto instead of gating toms for example. I do the fixing stuff with PT auto but the music IOW mixing part I do on the desk.
