Umm...I can't speak for SESAC cuz I have no experience with them, but ASCAP and BMI don't give a shit what your music sounds like. It's not their job to care. Nor is it their job to place or license your music. That, my friend, is YOUR job (or your management's job or your record label's job).
ASCAP and BMI just keep track of where and when your music is played, and collect the money to pay you for it. Think of them as the big, bad debt collector man.
