the true stereo files are the one with * after them.

the point is that halls of fame has three or more files for each impulse.. an L and R and C other times has also only ER only Tail of the same impulse..

and i've read that those are TRUE STEREO the halls of fame manual says the same..

if you open the impulse response utility of logic 8 you can see that if you choose to record a stereo IR there are 2 channels L and R if you choose to record a true stereo IR there are 2 stereo channels L and R both stereo..

i've tried to use that utility to combine the two stereo L and R and save them as a SDIR.. but seems not possible..

so i don't understand why they call it true stereo.. for just the 4/5 impulses marked with *?
