The only way to really do it is in a lab which would give you a scattering coefficient and with absorption it gives a absorption coefficient.
The first picture is the D1 when tested in a lab.
The second is our 244 and Monster traps.
But you could test your room with a program like
Room EQ Wizard Home Page which would tell you what kind of results YOUR room is getting.
