buy a long snake, track your drums in the bigger (taller) room
overdub everything else in the smaller room,

thats what I do anyway

i set up the drummer with headphones through the snake

bass and guitars in the cr just playing along with the bigs

talkback into the board

bonus is when the drums are done I get my living room back
