urei 1176 H for purple mc 76?

Hi wise slutz..
My friend offered a deal that he wants my purple mc 76 and would give his urei 1176 silver faced version to me..
Is this a real deal? or should I just keep my mc 76?
Sorry for stupid question, but please tell me your opinion
