The building is a big rectangle (6,500sq ft), with 3 parts making up the interior, from back to front: Live Room/Iso's, Control Room, and lounge/offices.

Without posting the plans, I can tell you that the live room, which will be under the raised roof, obviously, will be a rectangle, approx. 36x46ft, 20ft high (finished), 2 iso's under the eaves at the back of the building (280sq ft each). The control room will be an 800sq ft rectangle, short side looking out into the live room (17ft wide glass). No soffit monitors. Theatrical surround sound monitors built in (6 JBL 8330 speakers in a true diffuse theatrical array). Lounge, office, and bathrooms in front of building.

Nothing groundbreaking or wierd, just basic, sound design. The live room will indeed be live, with some nice reverb.
