Ending the week with the interior steelwork nearly done.

This is the West wall's structural steel reinforcement system, which is mirrored on the West Wall. It is shown mounted, but not installed. Holes will be marked, then the steel removed, the holes drilled, the steel replaced, and then they will be bolted. Lots of time and labor here...

(That large, square hole will be bricked up next week. It was a pass-through from a past tenant that used the both this and the neighboring building. Both buildings are separate, with only a 3" gap between me and my two East and West neighbors.)

These are the struts that will have the door to the mic locker/storage in between and under them. To the right, in the middle of the wall, will be the CR glass, which is the North wall of the Live Room.

The Electrical Room Door will be between the strut pillar and the wall. This strut, and another at the other wall, mark the South end of the Live Room. (See last photo)

The Iso Rooms will be to the right of this 3rd strut system; the South end of the Live Room.

The 2 large (280 sq ft.) Iso's, and Control Room (800 sq. ft) will be built under the existing roof.

Next week should see the new steelwork done on the raised roof portion, including flying the old girders up to 25 feet to sit on the new pillars! Can't wait for that.
