try these

I've been in metal bands for 15 years, and I've had every amp under the sun. the 2 best amps for live/recording/practice I have ever used is the go to amp Peavey 5150 EVH, the block letter not the cursive one. I had mesa tubes put in and re-bias and it's been my favorate all around hi gain amp. The clean tone sucks though. The other amp you don't need to hot rod at all but is by far the most flexable amp in the world is the Carvin v3. Hi gain out the ass and wonderfull clean tones. I have clips of my bands if you want to hear them at work.
plus the carvin is one of the most affordable amps around and easy for you to get in brazil. Just call them or go on the web site and order one. Like I said I've had Bogner,VHT,Framus (great amp!!),Mesa. The 5150 is just a tank like the V3 Good luck. email me if you want to hear the amps on the web.
