for mixing: UAD2 or Zed-R16 ?

Opinions please on which would make a better choice, IF I were going to spend money in order to sonically improve my mixes.

I was really leaning toward the Zed, mainly because I also need to upgrade to 16 inputs,.. but with the economy such as it is, who knows if/when I'll be able to build my new home, with a full basement, which was going to be my new studio, giving me room to track with more inputs. ( I guess this last part should go to the "moan zone") ..

Anyway, .. I currently mix mostly ITB, with some analog pieces inserted here and there within Cubase 4. I already have the UAD-1 platinum bundle, and really do think the plugs make a positive impact on my mixes.

I've also read on here that the Zed-R16's analog circuitry is very sweet sounding.

So, what do you guys think,.. would mixing through the Zed, or implementing more UAD power ( and perhaps the new neve channel strip ) make more impactful difference in my mixes.

Thanks for your time.
