| I was thinking of posting a thread about Springsteens latest albums, and stumbled upon this thread.
What I'm thinking about is how surprised I was to find that mr O'Brien did both "Devils and Dust" and "Magic". I mean, "Magic" sounds very good, albeit a bit bright and squashed, but that's probably mostly mastering... But "Devils..." doesn't whenever there is drums on the track in my opinion. The drums sounds on that one is muddy, clonky and just not fitting imo. Is this just because it's a different player and everything that would entail or...?
