I'd like to recommend using wiki software. (You can set it up to cut down on the wild-west aspect by delaying/moderating changes, etc.)
But it seems like the best way to develop an authoritative set of well-vetted FAQ answers.
(I'll be glad when we're just
checking/testing/verifying instead of
vetting everything... but I'm a creature of my times...
)
