Hi Sam, I wouldn't worry about dielectrics with PVC (poly-vinyl-chloride) pipes. I've got several of those running 35 feet from my control room to my machine room, and back to my racks, with every kind of cable you can imagine in them ( analog and digital cables, video, word clock, optical, VGA, lots of CAT 5/6). No RF or dielectric effects from any of them.
The difference between the colors is that usually the grey ones are "schedule 80", which are much more heavy duty than the white PVC, which I think are called "schedule 40".
I had to use the more expensive schedule 80 pipes in my studio, because where I live we have to use post-tension slabs for concrete foundations, because of the shifting soil.
