You're going to have to be more specific about your budget - 'relative' can mean anything.
Do you just need a 2 monitors for stereo or are you mixing for 5.1 / surround? And what region are you in - it can make a big difference if you're in the States or Europe / elsewhere as to how much certain brands cost.
