The record might have to be cut quieter as a result of the large amount of bass (to prevent needle skips), but other than that it's definitely possible to cut bass heavy records (otherwise styles such as dubstep wouldn't be possible).

Speak to the person who is actually cutting the vinyl: And don't be too shy to ask for a recall if the test pressing comes back wrong.
