Thanks for your help. I know its not an ideal room acoustic wise. I just want to improve it as much as I can.

The peak is 2.51 metres, about 8.25 feet high. treating this would still leave me with enough space at the mix position.

Thing is, I am getting decent results already. Maybe I have tuned myself to the room!

I think I will move things around after I finish my current project. At least I will do some listening tests. At the moment my setup is right in the middle of the room , if i flip it so that it is firing towards the door from the back wall 38% I should avoid all windows on either side and open the room out a bit, whereby I can position more standing traps. At the moment I don't have the space to be able to do this.
