It's the DDP images part that is hard to find. You can get it as an add on to WL but it costs more than WL. What others have mentioned is the best way to go if you don't mind doing it on a MAC. Gear audio has a program for making DDP images
Convert a CD or DVD to a DDP Image which may work in conjunction with other programs to get to where you want to be on the PC.
