A buddy played the Guitar Hero versions last night and we a/b the two..
The video game version sounds like a good 90's CD and the CD sounds like someone clicked the RMS power normalize button in Sound Forge..
Night and Day difference in width, dynamics and natural sound.. The CD itself does sound like a rock concert standing directly in front of the speakers with the need of ear plugs.
