I wish I remember who it was that once said to me "Lil Wayne is a great guitarist! He's like a virtuoso! That's him playing the solos in his songs."
Right. Didn't believe it then based on Lil' Wayne's persona (compared to someone like the guy from the Fugis). I may have been wrong on that, but I wasn't wrong about him not actually being talented at guitar.
