While I currently run Live 7 on a PowerBook, I am considering supplementing my set up with a PowerPC running OS 9. The PowerPC interested me because it all ready has built-in phono ins and outs, so I wouldn't have to worry about the hassle of finding a non-usb/firewire soundcard, it's lying around my house and I thought instead of throwing it away I'd put it to use. I am curious about finding cool music programs for OS 9, essentially I want to use the computer as an instrument/sound source, I am not planning on dealing with MIDI syncing really just sound generation and manipulation. Looking for pointers...
