| The facing that you have is what is the FRK so you are set.. If you stack pieces together make sure to peal off the foil that would be in the middle.
The inching is from the fiberglass. Make sure when handling it you use face mask, long sleeves, glasses and gloves. The stuff can be NASTY to work with.
