Groove Tubes is said to sell chinese tubes that were carefully quality controlled... Peluso is said to sell chinese capsules that were fine-tuned, and the list goes on.
The core issue is: do they sound good/better?
If they don't, it's all a hoax. If they do, then they actually have an added value, isn't it?
