Yeah, I don't get it. Maybe add a small upgrade fee. But $200 is not a small upgrade fee.

Besides I had to get a new phone last October because my old one completely died. And the phone I have now is a little defective. Often when I pull it out of my pocket to answer, the battery shifts and the phone turns off. Why not just allow me to void that contract and buy another phone? I actually bought the phone, didn't I? I mean maybe it was a DEAL, but I didn't get it for free. Like maybe it was $120. And don't think that was any GREAT deal.

It's shitty business.
