I've been running into similar issues with PTLE , even though I don't own the URS plugs. It seems that randomly, any of the EDIT page functions aren't available from the drop down unless I close the drop down menu and re-open it. The same thing happens if I'm using the keyboard shortcuts. I first noticed this when I went to undo editing changes via shortcuts and nothing happened. After checking the EDIT menu I noticed this strange behavior.

Maybe it's related buggyness in PTLE. What OS are you on? I'm on Mac, 10.3.8 and PTLE 6.4cs9.
