Your iPhone is not a toy ! iTouchMidi turns it into a hi tech midi controller has released a couple midi control apps (xy pad, trigger pads for live, and a keyboard). Latency is suprisingly low, and they have a clever app on the host computer so you can just fire up and start playing (no network config).
He's supposedly submitted an MCU simulator this week. Should be available very soon for purchase. Cheaply.
