I typically prefer large diaphragms when micing an acoustic, although I've heard great success at other times with KM100's. I like KM86's a lot, but as far as current mics go, the U195, the Pearlman TM1, Audio Technia makes some good stuff, the Royer 121 sounds good, and I've also had good results with the Shure KSM44.
