Documentation/track sheets for DAW-based projects

So, what's everyone doing for projects that start and end within the computer? Do you still have track sheets? With today's software and the ability to add/delete tracks in a second's time, how much physical documentation do you still do? Is just being able to look at the screen enough? What about outboard settings? I used to write EVERYTHING down on the track sheets - routing, FX settings, etc. - but now that I'm generally only "in the box" I haven't written a track sheet in a couple years.

Thoughts?
