The campaign is very real. We refused to pay and have been sued. They filmed as showing the spy a demo of 2000. We own a licence for a small bundle on OS10, but that day our OS10 did not work. They say it was an illegal Platinum. They do not know their stuff or they try the max: In 2000 there was no Platinum or Diamond. We sued them for filming illegaly and won in the first step. Works in Germany. They said you cannot use a demo twice. We say you can if you reinstall your OS9. They say the rest time of demo use shows in the infowindow. For Waves 3 this is not true. What is the matter with them. I will never buy Waves again. I guess we will win. I will let you know.

Waves are scum!Banpiracy are blackmailing scumbags!They can't do anything here in the states but are still threatening everybody/studios that they can.They said they saw a TDM version of the diamond bundle on my pc!!! They are smokin crack!I own 3 waves bundles that are registered and they know it but still threaten to sue my little home studio unless I cough up $19,000............thats right,they have been trying to blackmail me for close to a year now for $19,000!!!They call all of the time and just hang up.......leaving no message.They keep sending threatening emails saying they are about to start litigation procedings on me.I just ignore them. I hope waves falls off of the face of the Earth!!! DO NOT EVER,EVER,EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM WAVES.........EVER!!!!!!!!!I was a good customer to them and now look what they are trying to do.They are so desperate right now.No lawsuit has been filed or will be filed here in the states because what they(banpiracy)are doing is ILLEGAL!We should all ban together and sue the shit out of these companys!!!
