I know and use Elastic Audio on sessions that have already been tracked in PT and it is a lifesaver...
But my question is finding the tempo and warping old stereo recordings (from records, cassette tapes and cds) to sync-up for remix purposes.
Some of these older recordings don't have recognizable transients to automatically warp and this is where Live's intuitive Warping feature comes in handy.
For some reason I can't get PT Elastic Audio to work in the same fashion
