I've had the Neutrik, Hosa and Pro Co switchable bays. Out of the three the ProCo was the best. I dragged those things around for years and they never let me down. The Hosa seems fine as well. I've got a brand new Hosa 1/4" bay I'm getting rid of, it's the switchable PHB-265 if you want it. $65 before it goes on EBAY.
