Here's a picture of the analog audio patch bay jig (for the music and broadcast console positions) we set up in the Flushing shop. We built a wooden version of the rack rails that hold the patch bays and panels. The 2X3s were placed in the exact positioning to each other as two tall racks would be in the expando.
We wired most of the bays and placed them in the wooden test rig at the shop. Once most of the work was completed, we moved the work to the "real thing." |
