That's awesome!
I just fixed some foundation issues in my project studio, put in brand new flooring, repainted, etc etc. Not as big of a deal as building a studio from the ground up, but I had to cancel sessions and tell potential clients that they couldn't come and look at the studio for a few weeks. It was painful. Apparently I get agitated when I'm not able to work in my studio for a few days.
