I just sold mine (accidentally for way too little dough) on eBay. The buyer seems very happy.
It's semi-parametric ('fixed' Q, that widens as you turn the freq up.) It sounds pretty decent and clean, if not terribly exciting. The highs are a bit harsh for my taste, that's the only band i could never get quite right. It also has a small bit of hiss that adds up if you have all 16 channels open.
Biggest downside is that the freqs don't overlap. Between that and the "dynamic Q" business you are left with some "blind spots." I also now don't remember exactly anymore, but I think it was unbalanced only. It's 1/4" connectors, for sure. And the wall-wart power supply is adventurously home-made, but it works fine.
If you find it for a good price (below $500 I'd say), you can't go wrong.
