You're going to hate this answer, but I'd suggest that you not do it at all. A proper booth is a real money pit both in time and resources, especially if you plan to combine isolation and a nice-sounding space. I can almost guarantee you'll get a better vocal/guitar sound from a larger space, even if you have to use some gobos (much cheaper to make) to do it.
