Don't worry that 15 M or 20 M will be too long for a mic run or a line run. These are fairly short runs and any good mic amp will drive the signal that distance.

I recommend Mogami 2549 which is Mogami's best mic cable. It is low capacitance, has a heavy copper content (22gauge) and comes in various colors. Black is the standard color.

This super quality cable will last for many decades and has served well here. All our cables are at least 30 meters here.

Get yourself a cable drum for these cables and wind them on after each recording job is over. Then, 30 years from now, you can look at the same cable drum and say, I remember when I started out with that drum.

Acquiring good cable and paying for good cable is a smart choice.
