The back side of a true always on UPS is line regulated voltage. Now I sure as hell could be wrong (I am wrong about something everyday of my life) but if I am right that the inverter is being fed by DC off the battery or the DC bus then the unit is providing conditioned power and it is the same animal as the Equitech or Furman.
