The console I've got coming has the input trannies, external PSU and etc. as you described. Definately, not DIY build grade by any means.

The QM-128 I owned for a while was a fairly decent sounding reasonably full featured board in a very small footprint. Later versions of the same board were done with NE5534's and TL-071 style opamps, with an external supply, 4 auxes, Jensen input trannies, Penny & Giles faders, not bad stuff. |
