A 9 dB improvement is pretty impressive IMO for only four small bass traps.
Again, studio people like the Gearslutz crowd will do even better with our conventional bass trap products. For when the wife says "No way" to large bass trap panels, our Planter bass traps are a lot better than doing nothing.
