It´s well worth the money yes. Do a search on "CIB" and you´ll find usefull opinions regarding the CIB. I turned to Gearslutz when i was about to buy myself the CIB.
The preamp & EQ are great and the compressor is usable in the recording stage for controlling the levels into your computer......it has no character though IMO. The CIB is included in my to go vocalchain.
