Hey Slutz,

Just ordered a new John Hardy m-1 mic pre. and will be racking it for my mobile rig. I'm wondering how hot does this unit run?

I have all the other rack spaces filled and just have one left for the Hardy - will this be sufficient or do any of you leave an extra space above or below the unit for more ventilation etc..? I anticipate running it on an average of 6 hour recording sessions/day. The only other unit which may run hot and has a fan is my external HD in the same rack

Don't really want to buy another rack case if I don't have to.
