There are a lot of customers in the "High Fi" market and a lot of them are perfectly happy to spend big dough on their systems and rooms. It's all relative... if you pay $175 each for the power cords in your rack $200 for a bass trap your wife won't bitch about is a bargain. Let me apply your argument to your music... why should I pay $10 for a CD when I can just buy a blank CD for $.10 and make my own copy...
