Do you have neighbors? Take that into consideration for sure. You might not want to get rid of your ceiling/crawl space completely as that would be an easy place for sound to transfer outside. Also float the floors to help stop the low end from bugging your neighbors.

If you don't have neighbors to worry about, these ideas are much less important.
