Make your own. Take your time, measure twice, and you'll get exactly what you want for less money (plus you'll feel great about having done it yourself). It's easier than you think.

Mine isn't finished yet (It's just the bare wood still, with no armrest yet and no finishing), but It's exactly what I wanted and it cost me less than $150. I finished the cutting and assembly in an afternoon, and all that's left is finishing. The only tools I used were a Jigsaw and powerdrill (Home depot will do rough cuts for you).
