If your definition of controller must include automated faders, then replace "MCU" (which I was only using as an example) with "mixing board" or something similar that doesn't bother you as much. And as malekmusic said:
"the lack of moving faders wouldn't bother me, still you can automate your channels, and you would just to move the fader to the right spot to move the fader in your DAW, which i believe is not a problem at all."
Doesn't that accomplish the same thing as automated faders?
