Hi
It depends on your budget...
Below $10,000 you ought to be able to pick up one of the 54** family that ranged from the 5422/32/42 8 channels 2 main O/P (plus 2 Auxes) to 5465 16 channel 4-2-1 main outs and two auxes. The last one may creep over $10,000 and nearer $15,000.
In that same price range you may pick up an 8301 Kelso, that's a 10 into 2 but very basic facilities... 2 band EQ, no phase or eq switches, etc.
Below $20,000 you ought to be able to pick up a 12 channel 5302 or 5312 Melbourn or a 16 channel 5306 (which is just a stretched 8301 Kelso).
After that the price of the console depends on the modules in it. For instance, the facilities on the BCM10 are fairly basic but with 10 x 1073 style EQ's and a bundle of 1272's, you will pay at least $30,000 just for the sale worth of the modules.
There are loads of other small Neve consoles that were made as dedicated broadcast consoles (like the 5301, 5402, 5322) but mix to a stereo output so would work as a mix down tool.

And, of course, I'll sneak in a sales weasel plug for the GTM822 that (except for no mic pres.. it's a line mixer) provides more mon/meter facilities than any of those small Neves and sounds scarily like a big custom Neve. Sort of a vintage Neve (tm) in a box! Price somewhere around $6K, less for the add-on that enables 16 into 4, 24 into 4, etc., options, and a remote fader pack is an option.
