@Audio Hombre: you mean they're very low in tuning?
If so, you're right - this is my first real drumkit after many years of bangin' the drum equivalent of a Behringer mic preamp, and maybe I was over-zealous (and maybe not actually good) at tuning them LOOOW, just because I could, for the first time in my life.
