One of the more humbling moments of my life was when I traded an entire Pearl drumset...with good Zildjian cymbals...for an Alesis D4.
I simply could not afford to ship the kit across the ocean but I could carry on the D4. The salespeople at the store could sense my desperation and raped me. fuuck
