Thanks for the responses. Yeah, it's true that I have an isolation issue although it's not serious and I am able to work around it with lower monitor level or by using headphone when tracking.
Still, there are some low frequencies building up in the control room and I was wondering if I install bass traps in the control room, a less bass would also escape to the next room. Is this far fetched?
