The verdict?
My machine boots A LOT faster all of a sudden, and things seem to have a lot more zip to them. Hadn't noticed anything in particular with PT, but I wasn't having any issues before anyway.
I can definitely verify that my Mac Pro boots significantly faster than it used to though. | Really? It's not like a 'placebo' effect?
